Terms of Service

hoanng.dev Social Suite connects to the Facebook Pages, businesses and ad accounts you authorize in order to publish posts, reply to comments and messages, create and manage ads, and prepare reports. The exact scope of work and any service fee are agreed separately with each customer.

• Only grant access to Pages, businesses and ad accounts you are lawfully allowed to manage.
• You can revoke access at any time in your Facebook settings; the app then stops all actions on the revoked assets.
• You are responsible for the content you ask us to publish or advertise.

The service runs on the Meta platform and follows Meta’s Terms, Advertising Policies and Community Standards. Meta may reject ads, restrict Pages or change its APIs; those decisions are outside our control.

Ad costs are charged by Meta to your ad account, using that account’s payment method. We never spend or raise budgets beyond what you have agreed.

We work carefully and transparently but do not guarantee any specific sales, reach or ad results. We are not liable for losses caused by Meta outages, by content you provide, or by changes you make to your assets outside the app.

How we collect and process data is described in the Privacy Policy at hoanng.dev/privacy.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend the service if it is used in breach of the law or of Meta’s policies. On termination, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. New versions are posted on this page with an effective date; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.
