Hướng dẫn xoá dữ liệu
Bạn có thể ngừng chia sẻ dữ liệu với ứng dụng hoanng.dev Social Suite (App ID 1566436501920869) và yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu chúng tôi đang lưu bất cứ lúc nào.
Hướng dẫn xoá dữ liệu
1. Gỡ ứng dụng khỏi Facebook
Trên Facebook: Cài đặt và quyền riêng tư › Cài đặt › Tiện ích tích hợp cho doanh nghiệp (hoặc Ứng dụng và trang web) › chọn hoanng.dev Social Suite › Gỡ. Sau khi gỡ, ứng dụng không còn truy cập được Trang, doanh nghiệp hay tài khoản quảng cáo của bạn.
2. Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu đã lưu
Gửi email tới hoan@hoanng.dev với tiêu đề "Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu", ghi kèm:
- Tên tài khoản Facebook (hoặc ID) đã cấp quyền.
- Tên các Trang hoặc tài khoản quảng cáo liên quan (nếu có).
Chúng tôi xác nhận đã nhận yêu cầu trong vòng 7 ngày và xoá mã truy cập cùng mọi dữ liệu đã lưu trong vòng 30 ngày, rồi báo lại cho bạn qua email. Phần pháp luật buộc phải giữ (nếu có) sẽ được nói rõ trong thư trả lời.
3. Website hoanng.dev
Website không có tài khoản người dùng và không lưu dữ liệu cá nhân của người đọc. Nếu bạn từng gửi email cho chúng tôi và muốn xoá thư đó, gửi yêu cầu tới cùng địa chỉ.
Data Deletion Instructions
1. Remove the app from Facebook
On Facebook: Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations (or Apps and websites) › select hoanng.dev Social Suite › Remove. Once removed, the app can no longer access your Pages, businesses or ad accounts.
2. Request deletion of stored data
Email hoan@hoanng.dev with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:
- The name (or ID) of the Facebook account that granted access.
- The names of the related Pages or ad accounts, if any.
We confirm receipt within 7 days, delete the access tokens and all stored data within 30 days, and email you when it is done. Anything the law requires us to keep, if any, is stated in our reply.
3. The hoanng.dev website
The website has no user accounts and stores no personal data about readers. If you emailed us and want that message deleted, send the request to the same address.
