hoanng.dev and the hoanng.dev Social Suite app are operated by Hoanng Labs, Inc. (represented by Huu Hoan Nguyen, Hanoi, Vietnam). Send any question about personal data to hoan@hoanng.dev.

The website presents Hoanng Labs products and a public blog: it has no accounts, sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools.

The website comes in English and Vietnamese. On your first visit, the country derived from your IP address (provided by Cloudflare) is used to pick the matching version; it is not stored. When you choose a language yourself, your browser keeps a cookie named "lang" (holding only "en" or "vi") for one year to remember that choice.

When you open a page, these infrastructure providers receive the usual technical data of a browser request (IP address, browser type, time of access):

• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery; keeps technical logs to run the site and block attacks.
• Google Fonts — serves the fonts used on the page.
• YouTube — video thumbnails, and embedded videos (youtube-nocookie mode) when you open a post.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — a bot check on pages with a form; it uses no advertising cookies.

The early access form and the contact form receive what you type in: your name, email and, depending on the form, phone number, shop name, what you sell, where you sell, which products you want to try, a topic and your message; plus the time of sending, the page language and the country derived from your IP address. This data is used only to answer you and work with you on that request:

• It is stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet owned by the Google account of Hoanng Labs (Google is the storage provider).
• It is sent to the hoan@hoanng.dev inbox, and you get a confirmation email, through the email delivery service Resend.
• It is kept until you ask us to delete it; it is never sold or shared with others for advertising.

If you email us, your address and message are used only to reply to you.

hoanng.dev Social Suite helps Facebook Page owners and businesses manage their Pages, ads and messages. The app accesses data only after you log in with Facebook and choose which Pages, businesses and ad accounts to grant it.

Depending on the permissions you grant, the app may receive:

• The name and ID of the Facebook account that grants access.
• The list of Pages, businesses and ad accounts you selected.
• Page content: posts, photos/videos, comments, ratings and engagement metrics (Page Insights).
• Messenger messages sent to the Page, with the sender’s name and profile picture.
• Ads data: campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets, spend and results.
• Access tokens issued by Meta to perform the actions above.

This data is used only to do what you ask: publish and schedule posts, reply to comments and messages, create and adjust ads, and report performance to you.

We do not sell or rent data, do not use it to advertise for others or to build user profiles, and do not share it with third parties unless you ask us to or the law requires it. Data received from Meta is used in line with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

If you message or comment on a Page that uses the app, your data is processed on behalf of that Page’s owner, only so the Page can answer and serve you.

Access tokens and the data needed for the service are stored on systems we control, with restricted access, and are never made public. Data is kept only while we provide the service to you.

When you stop using the service, remove the app from Facebook or ask for deletion, we delete the access tokens and stored data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.

• Ask what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it: email hoan@hoanng.dev.
• Revoke the app’s access at any time. On Facebook: Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations (or Apps and websites) › select hoanng.dev Social Suite › Remove.
• Request data deletion: follow the instructions at hoanng.dev/data-deletion.

The app is meant for businesses and Page managers; it is not intended for anyone under 18.

When this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date. Customers using the service are told about significant changes in how data is used.
