You can stop sharing data with the hoanng.dev Social Suite (App ID 1566436501920869) and ask us to delete the data we store at any time.
Data Deletion Instructions
1. Remove the app from Facebook
On Facebook: Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations (or Apps and websites) › select hoanng.dev Social Suite › Remove. Once removed, the app can no longer access your Pages, businesses or ad accounts.
2. Request deletion of stored data
Email hoan@hoanng.dev with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:
- The name (or ID) of the Facebook account that granted access.
- The names of the related Pages or ad accounts, if any.
We confirm receipt within 7 days, delete the access tokens and all stored data within 30 days, and email you when it is done. Anything the law requires us to keep, if any, is stated in our reply.
3. The hoanng.dev website
The website has no user accounts; the "lang" cookie only holds the language you chose and can be cleared in your browser settings. If you sent the early access or contact form, or emailed us, and want that data deleted: write to hoan@hoanng.dev from the email address you used; we delete the matching spreadsheet row and related emails within 30 days.
